Well - we are supposed to take possession of the house tomorrow (Friday) but the repairs that the owner agreed to make are not completed yet. The weather the past fews days has been great but of course now it has turned rainy and some of the work is outside. Don't know what will happen but we have told the realtor that we won't release the funds until the work is done...
